Goldie is a print-on-demand design assistant that runs inside ChatGPT. This policy explains what information Goldie receives, how it is used, and what it is never used for. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to provide the service.

What Goldie receives

• Your membership entitlement. During Goldie's secure connection flow, an entitlement code is used to confirm trial or full-access status. It is submitted only on Goldie's authorization page, not through a Goldie chat tool.
• POD project information you choose to provide. Goldie may process a design question, buyer niche, product type, shop URL or name, and a design or listing screenshot solely to provide the design or market-analysis feature you requested. Goldie's server does not retain these tool inputs after returning the response.
• A connection token. When you connect, a random session token is stored so you do not have to reconnect for every request.

What Goldie does not do

• Goldie cannot read your other ChatGPT conversations, files, or account.
• Goldie does not collect or process payment card details. Purchases and upgrades happen separately through Be A Wolf Biz's Kajabi store, outside of ChatGPT.
• Goldie's chat tools do not request or accept health information, biometric data, government identification numbers, financial-account information, payment-card data, passwords, API keys, or one-time authentication codes.
• Goldie does not sell your information or use it for advertising.
• The Pure Gold print-readiness checker measures an image's dimensions, sharpness, and resolution and then discards the file — uploaded images are not stored.

Service providers

Goldie runs on Vercel, including a managed key-value database, and operates as a connector inside OpenAI's ChatGPT. OpenAI processes the information you choose to send through ChatGPT. Vercel processes the limited tool requests and connection records needed to operate Goldie. Purchases are handled separately by Kajabi. Goldie does not sell personal information or disclose it to data brokers or advertisers.

Data retention

Connection tokens and registered-client records are retained for up to one year. Membership-entitlement records are retained while the related access remains active and as needed for account support. Pure Gold image uploads are processed in memory and discarded after analysis. You can disconnect Goldie at any time from ChatGPT's connector settings, which stops further tool requests. To request deletion of Goldie's stored membership or connection data, email support@beawolfbiz.com.
