These terms govern your use of Goldie, a print-on-demand design assistant that runs inside ChatGPT. By connecting and using Goldie, you agree to them.

What Goldie provides

Goldie offers design strategy, analysis, concepts, and print-readiness guidance for print-on-demand sellers. Its output is creative and advisory. Goldie does not guarantee sales, rankings, or any specific commercial result, and you are responsible for the designs and listings you ultimately create and publish.

Access, trials, and full access

Goldie is offered as a free trial and as full access. Trials may include usage limits. Full access is obtained through Be A Wolf Biz's Kajabi store; billing, upgrades, and refunds are handled there under that store's policies. Access codes are personal to you and should not be shared.

Acceptable use

Use Goldie for its intended design purpose. Do not attempt to misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and do not use it to infringe others' intellectual property. Goldie encourages creating original work and does not condone copying protected designs.

Availability and changes

Goldie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
